What You Get
In addition to our 1:1 virtual coaching session(s), you'll have access to a wealth of resources and support. Each session will be held via Zoom for 60 minutes, and you'll receive a recording of the session for future reference. I’ll also provide you with detailed notes and resources in a secure Google Drive folder. If you need additional encouragement, I’m available for email support. So, you can rest assured that you'll have all the tools you need to continue your progress outside of our sessions.
